Hilary Griffith

Hilary Griffith is honored to join the CJDS community as the General Studies Kindergarten teacher. She brings a strong passion for supporting young children’s development in reading, writing, and math, while also nurturing social-emotional growth grounded in kindness and empathy.

Hilary joins CJDS with three years of experience as a substitute teacher in New Albany City Schools and previously served as the Assistant Camp Director for 4–6-year-olds at JCC Ora. Most recently, she has worked as the Administrator at Beth Jacob Congregation, where she developed a deep appreciation for building strong connections within the Jewish community.

Hilary earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford, where she was a member of the Hartford Hawks women’s tennis team. She lives in Blacklick with her husband, Brian, their teenage twins, Addison and Billy, and two enthusiastic 75-pound “lap dogs.”
