Mindi Elison

Mindi Elison joins us as the Physical Education/Health Teacher and Aftercare Teacher. With a strong background in education, recreation, wellness, and community health, Mindi is excited to inspire students of all ages. She is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive environment where students develop confidence, teamwork, healthy habits, and a lifelong love for movement and wellness.

Having recently moved from Davidson, North Carolina, Mindi is eager to immerse herself in the Columbus Jewish Day School community. She looks forward to building relationships with students, collaborating with fellow educators, partnering with families, and becoming an active member of our school.

In her free time, Mindi enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, traveling, playing pickleball, and exploring new interests.
